Cut Time is our management system for finances, inventory, and contact information. Each active band student has an account. If they are a new band student after the 2022-2023 school year, their account uses their school email. It is required that at least one parent/guardian in each household have a Cut Time account, so that parents/guardians are able to sign up for volunteering, check the calendar for upcoming events, and access financial records.

  • Once in your Cut Time account, scroll down to the “Financial obligations and payments” section. 

Any balance that’s red means it is something that is still owed. If the balance is green, that means it has been paid. 

  • To see if any payments have been made and recorded, click on the teal “Payments” button. As you can see, this sample account has not made any payments. 

  • To pay a fee online, click on the teal “Make payment with credit/debit card” button. This window will appear. 

  • Make sure to properly indicate the payment amount in the connected “Payment amount” box so the appropriate payment is logged with the associated financial obligation (Band Class Fee vs. 2022-2023 Marching Band Fee - All Members). You can make multiple payments at the same time.
